Port Glasgow Medical Centre serves the following postcode areas...PA13, PA14, PA152 and PA153. If you live our practice area and would like to register please collect registration form from the reception and make an appointment with our Health Care Assistant for a new patient medical interview.

Please note you register with the practice and not a particular doctor.
