Pharmacy First is a service offered to people in Inverclyde, providing a free service to all patients registered with a GP, with the exception of patients residing in care homes and anyone registered temporarily with a GP.

The benefit of going to the pharmacy first include a wide availability of locations, the longer opening hours (including weekends) and consultations being available without the need to make an appointment. The conditions treated include....

athlete's foot                               haemorrhoids (piles)                                    period pain

backache                                      hay fever                                                       shingles (age 18 years and over)

cold sores                                     head lice                                                       sore throat

constipation                                 headache                                                       threadworms

If you have any eye complaints, your local optician is the first point of call.  Any Oral complaints please seek advice from your dentist.

Patient Access

We are pleased to inform you that the new Patient Access is now successfully up and running. This is a service which will allow you to order your prescriptions, book appointments and cancel your appointments online. This service is available 24/7 for your own convenience. Please ask reception staff to register you.

Never forget an appointment time again with our TEXT ALERT SERVICE. Please update your mobile number with reception staff. Please note this service is available for patients aged 18 and over.
